Wake Me Not 03:53
Viewing lyrics for Wake Me Not by Becky Sinn. Wake me not In the morning When the sun is coming up And I'm full of dread Wake me not in the morning I'll be sickened by the sight of another one dead Cool enough Simply charming Conversation full of wit And he makes me wet Still this urge overwhelming Gonna give this boy a night He won't live to forget Don't stay here too long now little boy The bloodshed is coming soon Don't stay here too long now little boy The Reaper's gonna have his way with you Don't stay here too long now little boy Oh my goodness you're turnin' blue! I guess you'll be stayin' after all! Wake me not In the morning When the sun is coming up And I'm full of dread Wake me not in the morning I'll be sickened by the sight of another one dead Evening's end We've done dinner Seen a movie, felt me up Now we're back at my place Still this urge Overwhelming And he's suddenly confused By the look on my face Don't stay here too long now little boy The bloodshed is coming soon Don't stay here too long now little boy The Reaper's gonna have his way with you Don't stay here too long now little boy Oh my goodness what did I do?! I guess you'll be stayin' after all! Wake me not In the morning When the sun is coming up And I'm full of dread Wake me not in the morning I'll be sickened by the sight of another one dead

about

My first full length album. Reaching into a past that is simultaneously beautiful, bizarre, tragic and hilarious, this album is a culmination of creative expressions spanning about 12 years. My dear friend/band mate/producer/all round renaissance man, Bill Cansler created a mobile studio for me and we recorded all the songs in about a year. He recorded my guitar and vocal tracks then created the lush soundscapes of other instrumentation around them. He somehow perfectly created the sounds I heard in my mind.

Several of these songs were written for and featured in soundtracks for independent films by Erica Summers of Keeka Productions. Summers also directed and filmed two music videos for the album is a huge inspiration in my life. The Myne Owne release party, "Cirque Du Sinn" was one of the most talked about events in the local area and absolutely exceeded my wildest dreams. So many of my incredible friends brought their talent, their resources and their small businesses to be a part of one of the biggest moments of my life that I'll never forget it.

I have a hundred people to thank for the release extravaganza, but I owe a special thanks to my dear "best good friend" Nic Wilder for the rehearsal space, tireless dedication and encouragement.

This album is dedicated to my first and biggest fan, my brother Mack, who has never tired in pushing me towards my full potential.
